depending on the amount earned and a few other variables, just file 1 irs form 1040EZ. Very simple form. nothing to it. You only need a W-2 from your employer.

Consult a CPA, see H & R Block or similar, or go to irs.gov and click on the FreeFile icon after January 12th.
