I have Glengary Glen Ross and Boiler Room. I'm looking for other films that have characters who are sales managers or plots about sales management. I am teaching a class in Sales Management and want to use a few good clips from some good films. My focus is sales management but the movie can be about team building, ethics, motivation or anythin else appropriate.

Why is it so hard to find financing in Califonia with not so perfect credit. I have a home I assumed and now I need to find the financing to keep it a float. What is the best route to go for refi if I was given a property that has a 1st in default and a private 2nd (prom note) also in default? Any help out there or advice. Willing to add investor to title if necessary.

Isnt a co-pay just that, a co-pay? I mean isnt that all your responsible for? Like if I go to the doctors I pay a co-pay of $25 and they dont bill me any difference. We have a $100 co-pay for emergency room visits but they always bill us the difference (like if deductible not met and 20%) I thought co-pay was it, just like at the doctors office. Next question is this. We have a Max individual $500 deductible with a $1500 Max family deductible. How can I be out (mine) an amount of $640 and total family met of $1643??? Does it sound like they are not processing claims right?? any info on these 2 questions would be appreciated.

Ok, I know there are basically two processes out there when it comes to putting print and designs on clothing....silk screening and thermal transfer paper.....I've tried using those HP iron-on papers before and didn't have very good luck. I also didn't like the feel of the shirt....too plasticy feeling. I guess my only option is silk screening.....we want to make tank-tops, and cotton shorts with printed material.....
The biggest problem is we don't have a lot of money.....I've seen sites like cafepress.com, and even that seems too expensive to do any large qauntity of shirts.....
What are our options for getting started? thanks

I am in college and live in a house with 3 other girls. As the year has gone on, constant partying and disrespect for other peoples property and sleeping time has gotten to be too much. We had a dinner to get things out in the open, which only made things worse... to the point they don't even acknowledge me in the house and yet continue to party like slobs. I want to move out. I can't be in this hostile environment in my last, very important year in college. This is my landlord's first and only house- he just fixed this one up this summer. He is shady like they all seem to be. It takes him weeks to fix things, and the walls between rooms are super thin and I can hear my roommates having sex in the livingroom. Our house is zoned for only three people to live in it, but there are four. One of us didn't sign a lease, unfortunately I did sign. Is it possible for me to get out without paying for the rest of the years rent? considering it is illegal the four of us to be living here

It seems to me like people's number one financial stressor is the mortgage. Doesn't it seem like one would have a significantly less stressful life if he/he moved into a trailer? Are trailers as bad as everyone says they are? Couldn't someone buy a used model and place it on his/her own land to save money? Sincerely, Ken M

I have a job interview tomorrow at 1. It's a phone interview with a company executive for a job i REALLY want. This is my third interview for the position. I'm having moderate sinus pain and congestion with a stuffy nose, sore throat, and slight cough that is better at some times and much worse at others. Should I call to reschedule? I'm nervous, Help!
