I want to impress him when he gets back to the office- i have done inventory of all our office supply, clean, etc- any ideas

If possible, increase sales and profits...make new potential customer contacts, groom existing contacts by personal calls.

You are NOT a suck up...every employer dreams of having people go the extra mile without having to badger them. They appreciate people who work to make the firm (and their job) easier in any way. Keep it up and good on you!

So rare to find someone who actually understands the work ethic in todays world...most are useless as teats on a bull, like the first answerer for example.

I don't think she's a suck up! If I were your boss, I would greatly appreciate the extra effort you put into your job. If anything else needs to be organized or filed go for it! Go the extra mile....it will get you further in the long run.

Are you trying to get with your boss or trying to get a higher position!! If your trying to get a higher position be organized and focus more on customers!!!!!!!!!
