Depends on the shirt. Some blouses are cut and finished along the bottom edge in a way that allows the woman to wear the blouse out, over a nice skirt or pair of slacks. But if the shirt is not finished on the ends or it just hangs straight downward (instead of hugging your hips) then you should tuck the shirt in.

it depends on the style of your shirt. I know a lot of women shirts that are very short and you can't tuck in - that's just what the style is. Otherwise, yes, you should tuck your shirt in.

It depends upon what you will be doing and what type of shirt you are referring to. In general if it is a fitted dress shirt which is designed to be worn anticked then do so, but if it is a causal or polo type shirt it must be tucked.

tucked in looks most professional...if things get lax enough yur co-workers over time, u myt be able to go a little more casual
