Why is there so much hype about Bulgarian property but not about Romania?

Because the Bulgarian government, unlike the Romanian one, actively promoted the Bulgarian real-estate market in the international media.

We will dont worry.
Our tv hasnt got round to romania yet.
Done croatia,hungary,and czekoslovakia,so will get there soon on our tv.
