I had several items listed. One item....was broken and I could not end the auction. (It was ending soon) So I bid on it with another account. I won the auction so I still had to pay fees. No one was out of money but me because I was the high bidder. Then this lady emailed me and told me she wanted the item and she reported that I was shill bidding. I won the bid so what did I do wrong. Anyway I want to know has anyone else been suspended for this and if so for how long? And what should I do to speed up the process. I was laid off recently and this is my main income. I would not wrong people I just wanted to end the auction without someone wanting an item and me not being able to deliver. I have 100% positive feedback.

Contact them and let them know what happened. They won't be happy that you were using another account, and they might want you to suspend that account. If you have never done it before, they should understand.
