Ok so i worked part time at fed-ex through about half the year, maybe a little more.

How do you know if you have to file for income tax ? isnt there something about if you dont make so much then you dont have to file ?

im just thinking that if my mom claims me we would get more money back than i would if i filed.

I am intended to purchase some consumer electronics like cameras, mobile, walkie talkie (which require import licence) etc for my personal use from abroad(US, canada etc). Since i dont know what are the dealings with all these customs (and other taxes) and import licences etc. i am looking for one professional importer exporter who's engaged in all these. He will take some commission, work in lieu of me and so make my way out.

I am looking into getting out of my 12 month lease after only 6 months due to a new job in another city. Any tips on breaking this lease without penalty, if possible? Also, would an eviction hurt my credit?

creditors with my new address and carried on paying everyone, and after about a year, i asked this particular debt collector (who was working on behalf of barclaycard) for a new payment book and I never heard a thing back from them at all, Now 6 years on they have again sold the debt to another firm. the (cab asked them to write the debt off 12 yrs ago but they refused) what should i do about it, does anyone know where i stand legally, they are asking for 300 pounds to clear the debt, it was origanally a barclaycard account, who wouldn't stand by me when my marriage broke up, etc. and they put it into the hands of a debt collector, and now they have sold it on again after all this time. I really dont know how to go about dealing with it.. I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you.

I just moved into an apartmant less than 2 weeks ago, the apartment was painted and re-carpeted, but there are ROACHES, lots of roaches, in the kitchen and the bathroom, we have already complained to management and their responce is " We spray annually for the roaches" They only spray outside what good does this do for the new tennants? We have put out roach poison and have sprayed but its not doing anything. Please help, im really hating my new apartment (6 month lease)

I just recently got my real estate license but I'm kinda freaking out about getting started. I am 20 years old and i really had my heart set on being a licensed assistant for a couple of years until i learned the tricks of the trade, but how do I accomplish that? Are license assistants common enough in the real estate field to actually make my goal a reality?

i have an interview today and i need to bring a 5 year abstrace and proof of insurance.

i had the abstrace faxed to them and in a few hours i have my interview and i will need proof of insurance...do you have an idea of what type of insurance?

i figured i would take my medical insurance and my drivers insurance with me.
