I'm getting ready to come back to america from overseas and my wife says that she can't break the lease with our landlord, so she'll have to stay in Ohio while I go to Georgia for more military duty. Is the landlord right? If not what can I show him that he can't refute this.

I'm wanting the answer over the weekend, and all the offices that I could go to find the answer to this Q are closed

does that mean that buyers and sellers names are a matter of public record? In othere words, can I find out the name of the person who won a bid at an auction and how much the bid was? If so, where can I go to get the information (the buyers name)?

First of all please understand that I have no problem paying taxes and yet like anyone I wish to keep as much of my hard earned money as possible. I started a small business earlier this year and recently incorporated it. It has done much better then expected and I want to protect the assets in the best way possible. Any help from knowledgeable professionals will be greatly appreciated!

I have a rental property that someone else was running for me, now I'm taking it back over. I know there should be money set aside each month to cover repairs - everything from small plumbing to bigger things like replacing the roof (when needed in xx years). How much $ should be set aside each month (i.e. what percentage is the norm) for such things?

hi, i just turned 18, never had any credit cards, never paid any bills, and i applied online for my bank of america student card, however, i was denied even though i met the qualifications, so i reapplied again online, i was wondering if doing this would bring my credit score down even though i dont have a "credit score" to begin with.

I need to get enough money to get several closse people christmas gifts.. How do I get the money for it and like how do I get it soon.. My dad won't give me a dime even if I work for it my mmom RARELY give sme ****.. the only money that I get is luch money every week.. what do I save that up or what.. I don't knwo what to do.. I need money and fast. it's for others for once and not me... how do I get it.. :-)
