A book that you will find useful is "Patent It Yourself".It is a Nolo Publication. By Patent Attorney David Pressman. I have no monetary interest in the endorsment of this book. I just found it very informative for my own unique ideas. I had a meeting with a company that claims to patent for you and became very sceptical and was advised to buy this book. It answered many questions that I had. I believe that your question the way it was written was more about marketing. I think you actually want patent information first. If your funds are adequate and the product is good, then the marketing is the easiest part....
