With that much experience, i think you CAN safely mention your backlog.
Do it only if you want to or are asked to, dont bend the facts to hide this point .
But at the same time,it wouldnt be adviseable to advertise the fact in your resume either.
you can hold the information till your Interview .

Honesty is the best. I would say you can always put that. Now a days back ground checks are becoming strict, so even if you don't put it they will come to know it.
