I have a mortgage, in a different state than I am residing at this time. I would like to keep the house, but I am behind in my payments. I would like to know when the bank files for a forclosure? I am behind 2 months right now, and as of the 16th, I will be behind the third month. I am trying my best to come up with the full three months payments, by the 16th. If they file a forclosure before I can get the payments to them, what will happen?

Example- it's not against the law to deposit $ into your family members accounts, a few hundred to Mom, more to your adult son & daughter, some in your wife's individual account- All at different banks under others SS#. Total for the week is $12,000 but spread out it's not even noticed as connected.

Do this for 3 years+ and no one transaction is illegal but if combined they would be structuring, correct?

At what point would this appear to be a crime? When does it cross over the line to conceal lots of cash?

The bankers do not KNOW what I know. Could they be in trouble? what about his CPA...he doesn't know about the excess cash either- he does tax returns w/ almost no info.

I want to file a complaint against a collection agency with the Attorney General's office. I'm in Pennsylvania but they are in New York. Do I file with the Pennsylvania AG, the New York AG, or both? The company is National Action Financial Services--they are awful!

I have been a secretary for about 2 1/2 years in a small business, and got a job offer to be a medical assistant for a family practice doctor. It's a really big change and was just wondering what I can expect, and how I might be able to apply what I've learned at my current job to my new one. I know that there's not going to be a lower amount of stress, but what do I need to do to prepare? I have no medical experiance at all. Thanks for you opinions!

Are there any forms other than the final tax returns that need to be filed somewhere? If so, is there a cost? What are the tax consequences of transferring ownership of stocks to individual members?

Royal mail is really expensive. I want to send a rather heavy box with some computer parts in it to my parent's house but Royal Mail says it will cost near £35. Is there anyone else that will take it for me for less money? Most of the companies I've looked at are only for commercial use - meaning I have to be a company to use them. Any help would be much appreciated.

I live in Atlanta, Ga. A friend of mine was in need of an apartment. My friend does not make a lot and right now only has a part time job. He found an apartment in College Park , Ga. My issue, he was asked to pay a 200.00 deposit along with a twenty-five dollar application fee. This person paid the amount, however failed to read the contract(never good). I have not seen the contract , I am told by the management that the applicant has a 72 hr. window to receive an refund. My problem , during that time span, my friend called the property to check on his status, phone calls were not returned. Once he did get someone who could help him, the response was" We have not heard from your employer so your application is still pending". This person needed housing asap and asked for his deposit back. They refused. Bottom line, when a time line is involved and the applicant has submitted information asked, does the landlord have a responsibility to contact applicant of missing information

im 18, unemployed student.
I want a credit card in order 2 build rating 4 mortgage.
What card can I get with no credit rating which wont cost me anything if I pay of the full balance?
What costs r there apart from interest and annual fees that i might get charged if i use it over the counter + pay of balance with direct debit?

I have a Fidelity brokerage account. It can literally take a few days for a trade (stock or mutual fund) to go through. If I were trying to do agile trading, this would be a real problem. Why does it take so long and how can I make it faster?

I am terrible at math. I dislike math. I dont like to do math. Math is my weakness. BUT MATH JOBS PAY WELL! ButI am lousy at those jobs.
The social arts such as history, politcal science, and sociology are the jobs or interests me and that i do well. But there is no money in those fields. Can you help me choose a high paying career career that doesnt involve math? Actor is only thing I can think of...but thats a long shot of making it.
