Deposits are always required. Doesn't matter what you do. There has to be that cushion for the landlord.

darling i don't know how rents work in london but if you are planning to live in usa, Florida for example you are always going to need a deposit for an apartment no matter how small it is, now if you are looking for someone who rents a place to stay with no deposit try searching the internet you might find more information there, good luck.....

of course you need to pay a deposit, usually same amount as per 1 calendar month
