I want to file a complaint against a collection agency with the Attorney General's office. I'm in Pennsylvania but they are in New York. Do I file with the Pennsylvania AG, the New York AG, or both? The company is National Action Financial Services--they are awful!

If the company is doing business from New York, contact the New York State A.G.O. They don't take any crap and WILL help you.
