NEVER say anything negative about yourself or anyone else in an interview. Play up a strength as a weakness. For instance, my answer is that try to micro manage too much, which can actually be a good thing cause it shows you're very involved with the job and what others are doing.
Possible other questions:
1. What are some of your strengths?
2. What can you bring to the table that no one else/not many people can?
3. What are you looking for in a career/company?
4. Where do you see yourself in your career in 5 years? 10 years?
5. Do you have any questions for us?
6. What made you interested in working for this company in particular?

Perhaps try putting it in terms of "I could use some improvement in the area of....(whatever your weakest attribute is), and I'm doing x, y and z to overcome some difficulties in that area".
Be prepared for "surprise" questions; also, show some interest in the job, ask questions yourself of the interviewer. If you like the place, ask for a quick tour if the interviewer has the time -- this will show that you want to see what the company has to offer, and where you might fit in. You can expect questions like, "why do you want to work for this company?"; "why did you leave your last place of employment?" "Are you willing work flexible hours?" "What do you think your positive qualities are?" "Do you have trouble taking initiative, or are you a self-starter?"
Overall, exude confidence, and speak clearly when you respond. The interviewer may be listening to HOW you answer a question, not simply the answer itself.
Treat everyone with respect, especially the receptionist, who will announce your arrival to the interviewer. Do not make wisecracks during an interview, although you can show that you have a sense of humor. Even if you are nervous, try to avoid nervous laughter or fidgeting during the interview.

I would never admit to a weakest attribute. I would answer by saying, "I don't like the word "weakest" and would instead prefer to use (something like) the 'attribute that needs developing'," and then say something that would not affect your job performance, your reputation or your chances of getting that particular position....you don't want to come across as cocky, but at the same time, you can hang yourself with the wrong answer. It's good you are thinking in advance!

I'll tell you the truth, I sometimes lie when they ask silly questions, you're not suppose to but if it's mostly true then who cares. When asked this I said that I sometimes overwhelm myself by multi-tasking. Make sure you always end up saying something positive, when completing my answer to them I say that when I begin to see that things are getting tough I remind myself to slow down and that if I need help I should ask. When in reality my worst attribute it my memorization and organization but what interviewer wants to hear that? Other questions:
How have you gone the extra mile for you customers/clients?
I say that while I worked at (Name) I try to remember all of my regulars by name, by their most bought items so I can remind them to buy diapers, their wifes' favorite ice cream, how to save money, does so and so want cheese etc. That answer was never true but how could they tell, they can't track down all my past customers or clients.
What have you done to calm down angry or agitated customers?
I tell the that I talk/apologize to the customers, agree with their experiences, depending on what kind, give them my own 'story of what happened to me', offer to explain why their order or whatever is late and help explain how the store works. Never say you avoid or try to look over the problem because then it says that you may avoid other things and don't look for solutions.
And some places actually do call ALL of your references so make sure you'll be able to back up what you say, unless you know that your past supervisors won't be able to remember all your experiences anyway.

Tell them your weakest attribute is that you sometimes overprepare yourself.
Or that you tend to "over involve" yourself with the interests of the company.
Here's a risky one that worked for someone I knew, he said: "I'm lazy. I'll always find the easiest way to do something right. Quite often its the cheapest way too."
He got the job for that answer...but be careful with that one...better yet don't use it.
Other silly questions will come: "Are you a team player?" (Who's gonna actually say 'no'?)
"How do you get along with others?"
"Why did you leave your last job?"
"Why are you underessing me with your eyes?" (kidding)
"How do you handle inter-personal conflict?"

say you are too hard on yourself.
they may ask, why do you want to work for this company? Or how would you handle conflict with a co-worker or customer? I have even been asked what my favorite color is and why! (???) I was told later it was a way to see how I would react to a surprise situation... I def was not expecting that kind of question..lol
good luck

Say, doing math in your head. Everyone uses calculators any way.
That would be fine and it sounds like you're telling the truth. A rare thing heard durring job interviews.

you should say something like
"My weak points are that I am a perfectionist. I try to make the projects that I work on really great. By doing that I tend to spend too much time on that one project that I may not always be as productive as I'd like to be. It is something that I am working on though."
