As the org has been taken over recently & the IT manager have not met the new mgt decision maker before

IT manager know that an ERP solution is being planned for subsidiary company as a pilot for other countries, so that will need to coordinate this implementation as well as the day-to-day work as I.T. Manager of the affiliate. IT manager wish to convince management of the necessity to resource up and prepare properly for the implementation. His concern is that short-cuts should not be taken and that sufficient attention be given to getting the project off to a good start. The messages manager wish to convey at this initial meeting concern Business Process Reengineering, necessary investment in hardware, software and peopleware, and the importance of complete User Specifications.

My move in date was Dec. 5. The reason the mgr is pushing the date back is because the current tennant's new house doesn't have a bathtub installed yet (not my problem!) so the mgr isn't sure when we can move in yet.

I filed bankrupt about 2 years ago. I've considered contacting the creditors that were involved to see if they'd work something out with me as far as my paying these debts off. I'm wondering if I pay them off would they put something on my credit report that states that I've paid as agreed or something that wouldn't make the bankrupt look so bad. At the time I was ill and I tried to work with a company to work on the debt however the company was being paid a lot and was offering me no service at all. I've since then gotten my money back but the end result was my filing bankrupt. My car was included in the bankrupt in error and I've been paying on that faithful because I explained that my car was never suppose to be added to the bankrupt. I faxed some original documentation that stated that the typed documents were incorrect therefore the company was willing to work with me. Do anyone know if there is anything that I can do to clean up my credit history as far as the bankruptcy?

I've bin off last yr with PTSD(a complete house fire)so wk is pushing that I go off with"related illness"(it suits the employer best cause then they r not obligated 2pay)but that puts me in a clause frm the previous long term disablilty that will only pay a portion of my pay 4 only a few months!+then they can then just train me4"ANY occupation"!and I'm thrown out like an old shirt! I've wkd@this prof job here for20yrs aftr a3yr col/uni edu-(I'm tryng 2stand my ground2say my illness is"unrelated"(+really,WHAT ilness) [but i hv 2 hv one or i fired](i just drnk a bit2much)+ther4 I'm eligable2b covered by shorterm for17wks by employr-ful pay,then indefinit-dtermined by Dr.2/3rds pay by Sunlife disability ins.Truly,I sure my work was good(even beter than ever)@my return 2wk time-but employer has stigmatized me+won't let me back in-They told union they'l fire me-as"unable to retain info".They wrote up many dambing evaluations of me(its unproovable that they r false)I'm deathly distraughtHELP

Okay, I'm 19 years old and I use to have some kind of plan with my mothers insurance but it was the kind where once I turn 18 I can no longer be on it. I really want to get insurance, but I don't know where to start. (I work only part time and can't get a full time job right now) I don't know what insurance companies are best for me or anything. I would greatly appreciate any help. Also, if I got insurance and then later found out I was pregnant what would happen? Would they cover that as well? Is there any insurance policy that covers pregnancy... if not, what could I do?

I'm thinking about going into some kind of career with math and science...I'm really thinking about radiation. What classes would I have to take? Approx. how many years of school? What are the differences between Radiologist and the Radiology Tech.? Are there any colleges in Kansas that I could go to if I persue this career?
