Say you put $15,000 down vs $10,000 what is difference? Is it worth the extra $5,000?

What are the monthly payments? Please explain ...

I live with my mom right now & I don't pay rent. Any ideas on what should be filled out on the form? I havent done this in forever and I am feeling slightly lost.

I want to know if this is legit. Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing? He says their customers want to be discreet with how they move their money around. I have a check for $2400 addressed to me, and he says I should have no problems cashing it or depositing it into my account, after which his company will tell me where to forward the money. I get to keep 10% as my fee, and the company gets 5%. The name of his company is Palmtradeltd, and I looked the company up on the internet and it is a stone company. I have no idea what to do now, the money would be nice, but I don't want to go to jail if this happens to be a stolen check, or drug money, or something the hell else. What do you think?

I am trying to get an apt., so I recently had my credit ran, thought I had really really bad credit, turns out I only have two recent accounts in collections, which I've already requested payments on. Credit not good, but it seems that all my old accounts from 7 years back are actually not there anymore affecting my score. Everyone and their mom kept telling me that after 7 years old debt goes away, and I never believed anyone. Is this true????

Right now, I pay more than the mimimum on all of my credit cards. However, with the ease of online banking and my cash flow cycle, I always make multiple payments, about 2 - 4 times each month. When a credit report is pulled and shows the last payment I made on an account (assuming it was the month prior), does it show the actual amount of the last payment -- which may be $30 -- or the total of all payments over the course of the month, which is more along the lines of $300?

recently on a on line application form for a job to work in cabin crew for my travel airline i by mistake downloaded and sent the wrong photograph do you think this will go against me and stop the recruitment team reading anymore of my application will it just be thrown to one side the photograph had nothing to do with me it was not an image of me the rest of the form was filled in correctly please help

I signed a contract to buy a house ten days ago, with a clause to remove loan contingency today. After seeing all the numbers provided by the lenders and concerning that the market might fall further, I have decided to cancel this contract. I told the seller's agent, in writing of course, that I'd not remove the loan contingency and cancel the contract instead. Now the sellers and their agent are asking me again and again with more "explanations"; otherwise, they would not release my deposit check. Who is right?

I am interested in a house and contacted the real estate company online to schedule a showing. The real estate agent told me that the listing agent is an independent through the same company, but that I should not contact the listing agent directly, because they work for the seller not the buyer, and that they won't have my interests in mind. My reasoning for going with the listing agent is that the seller would have to pay less commission and may be more flexible with their asking price. I live in NC, if this matters. Was it ethical for the real estate agent to tell me that? and is it true? What should I do?

My boyfriend and I have a son, and last year his dad did our taxes seperate...he let my boyfriend claim our son and I was left by myself...because he said we got more back that way! I always thought you get more back if we were all together as a family and did my boyfriend did head of household.

I have a few coupons... for small items... nothing too major... but i lost my coupon book last month and i just found it... and all the coupons are expired. i really just want to use a couple of them. one is for $5 off a Glade Scented Oil Candles Trio Starter Kit... it expired Nov 18... will they still take it? can i just cut off the expiration date since it's at the top of it?
