BUT
I live with my mom right now & I don't pay rent. Any ideas on what should be filled out on the form? I havent done this in forever and I am feeling slightly lost.

Any advice on what managers/landlords look for on an application ?

Be truthful on your application. Just list that you live with your Mom and don't pay rent. That may not bode well for you because it doesn't show past rental history, but you need to be honest.

you don't have to put anything there as you have no past renter history.
if you did, they would only check with that landlord/company to see if you paid rent on time, and had no complaints against you
leave it blank
