okay i have been at my job for a lil more then 2years they are talking about giving me managment i would be making $475 a week but i already work too much and i have to do everything I'm the only person that works and gets things done!!! what should I do????any advise???

Well, doing most of the work doesnt mean that it is bad for ya, It only means that you are very important in the company and everyone rely's on you (frankly they are just lazy)
But one advice is, Only leave your job ar the peak of your career. dont leave your job when you have reach the peak yet, there is where upon leaving your company, those guys will regreat most.
And your pay is not too bad, anyway if you feel like leaving, make sure you get a job 1st before you quit your job.

Look for another line of work BEFORE you quit your current one. It's really bad to be not working, especially if/when you have bills to pay. Also, how are you gonna eat? I don't think begging is a good idea. Bottom line: Do what you have to do, but make sure you got something to fall back on.

if u get a better job paying u better and u like it . quit ur previous one and get the new one but take care of ur health too. sometimes take a holiday
