ins. policy excludes pollution. please explain how i can get ins. company to cover under third party claim/liability portion of ins.i dont understand third party claim ?

we are in attorney review as of today, we got the pre approval pending i paid off 2 items on my credit report to boost my score to the level needed. the home owners are now pushing for a mortgage committment sooner. I should have what needs to be done by the end of the week. ( the letters to show the items were paid need to be here before my score will adjust). once that is done i am afraid i still might not get this loan, what if i can't get it after all said and done? i will lose my deposit??? what are the odds of not getting the committment after i receive the preapproval? I never wouldve made the offer before i got this done but i was afraid of losing the house in the mean time!

My contract states that the firm i work for requires me to work a certain amount of bank holidays per year,i work mon-friday and have done so for 11 years and have only ever had one bank holiday off!! Which means i have always worked bank holiday monday and good friday,can i tell my bosses that i will not be coming in to work on boxing day this year as it is a bank holiday?What are my rights? answers from bosses would be good.

I have a typical mortgage - 5.375% ARM, with $1400 a month payments. I want to turn my house into a rental property, and get some income from it. How would you recommend I do that? Creative solutions welcome. The local rental market is around $800-1300 a month. I could reasonably expect to get about $1000 for my house a month.

At present I've been jobless for almost 3 months.It's very hard for me to find a job where I live since there aren't opportunities.I'm really bored being home doing just housework and I could possibly get a job in a nursing home that I used to do but wasn't happy in the slightest.Do you think I should get back a job I didn't like or should I wait?I'm not rich of course but I've got some money aside.
