I work at a computer at work..and I wear highheels every day!!! What would be inappropriate would be me wearing tennis shoes or slippers!

I suppose the normal attire for just simply sitting at the computer surfing & playing around would probably be PJs & maybe some slippers but I don't see why high heels or combat boots for that matter would be inappropriate at the computer. If you mean while at work, then no, what does it matter, I doubt everyone would be looking at your feet under the desk.

Sure...I wear them all the time, especially in an office atmosphere. Why would the computer care what you wear as long as the heels go with the rest of your outfit???

why would you wear them while you were at the computer? take them off and give your feet a rest! they will be under your desk, so no one should be able to see them. UNLESS your feet smell, then do everyone in the office a favor and keep them on! lol

Shoes are shoes......
where as high-heels aren't appropriate for a female fire-fighter or construction worker....who cares if at a computer?
(I prefer my slippers!)
