I ask because Vauxhall have had some disastrous campaigns in the past - anyone remember the advertising campaign featuring Griff Rhys Jones in a pair of Y - fronts? It scotched any slim hope the VX220 had of success. So my question is, if you are in the 18 -30 age group, do you feel the advert for the Corsa increases your liking for the car?

My office hosted a Thanksgiving party, complete with alcohol and other refreshments. Well, before the night was over, a number of us were pretty snockered, but I seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty. I don't recall doing it, but apparently I ended up playing the piano with my penis. Indeed, a number of my coworkers eather took photos with their camera phones, or took video clips.

My supervisor hasn't said much about it, but I'm still being ribbed about it by the office. Some have even suggested that I try out for a gig in Vegas. Anyways, when the office forget about it?

I recently got my very first apt with my boyfriend in september. they seemed like a nice and attentive property management. about a month and a half ago we got some hard rain and the drop ceiling over the kitchen sink began to get wet and eventually broke. we notified the landlords as soon as we started to see a leak. they didnt think it was a problem because it was right over the sink and the mess would be "contained." long story short it took them over a month to get over and fix the problem, while the insulation was exposed and our silverware and dishes were right under it! and on top of that, right after they fixed the cieling, we heard mice up there!!! is this enough to break a year long lease?

My husband is making $15 an hour, and his combined taxes taken out amount to about 21% of his gross. His employer offered him a raise to $20, but my husband declined. He believes that the raise would cause his tax bracket to raise so much that he would ultimately be netting less an hour than he is at his current wage. I know that this is a widely believed myth, but I am at a loss as to how to explain it to him with my limited knowledge of taxes. Please help me explain to him that yes, his tax rate may go up a percentage point or two, but he will still see more money on his paycheck if he accepts the raise. Thank you for your help, everyone!!

Travis, the manager of operations at a large manufacturing firm, walks into his office on Monday morning to find his assistant Beth apparently upset. She informs him that she was recently diagnosed with hepatitis and filed a claim for medical costs with the company's insurer. She then found that, since the time of her diagnosis and after having informed the human resources division of that diagnosis, the company reduced its medical coverage and placed a cap of $2,000 on certain claims, including those for hepatitis. Beth contends that she is being discriminated against and that the company should not be able to reduce coverage just to avoid having to pay her present and future claims.
