Banks have evolved from the 70's and no longer do menial loans as this. That why we see them pushing the Credit Scores on TV so they teach people to conform to their ways and stay in Debt. You may come out best trying to liquidate your Assets. Sell everything and STOP buying until you eliminate the Debt and learn to Budget your money and pay cash and have more Buying power. This where many of us fail, as, we want it now and go into debt, only to buy more on credit. Banks not want you to learn this and that why public schools never teach it.
