The best and easy answer, get a electricain with an AMP METER. Have everything possible powered to "on" mode, have the electricain get the AMP readings. Call your local electric company provider and give them the data, they will tell you what it would cost. The only thing you need to guess is how many hours in a day will this AMP reading data be present. Anyway, you will have your worst case data at hand and everything will be a guessmate from thereafter. Full, half or quarter usage.

This is quite easy to work out, providing you find out the energy use of each appliance, in watts, Allow for the servers to run 24/7,when you have totaled the amount of wattage multiply the wattage by the electric utility price. and don't forget the government tax.

You can also check with the utility supplier for business discounts or tariffs, possibly change supplier to reduce costs.
