I chose 3 exemptions for this year. I make under 30,000 and every tax estimator program I use claims that I will own money this year. I have been using the standard deduction amount, not what I believe my actual deductions are.

This is inregard to going to the Internet using the web site www.annual credit report.com .to get one's free credit report from the three main credit report companies " Experian "
. " Equifax" , and " Transunion " (sp).. Although by a new law , one can get a free credit report " one time " , is there a " gimmick " whereby you are inviting all kinds of spam people to bombard you with sales deals , or worse , requiring you to make purchases ?

i have given her $1000 twice in the past two months. i am a truck driver and so i faxed a letter to my bank saying she could withdraw the money. im afraid she might just try walking into the bank and pretending like she has my authorization to make a withdrawel from my account.

also a few years ago she was my power of attorney.
also, she has my post office box key.
also, she might have the numbers on my atm card and probably has the numbers for my checking a and savings account.

she asked me to cosign for a loan today and i said no. im afriad she might forge my signature and destroy my credit. im afraid she might get a credit card in my name without my knowing.

im afraid she could do any number of things. she has done bad things in the past. ....what can i do to protect myself????

I have yet to get pre-app but I'm sure i will since I have low debt and high credit score. How does the process work. I olny have appx 5% to put down ($10,000). I will likely have to put a $500-$1000 down payment. Then I undersand appx 5% for escrow within 7 days. Now is that 5% i'm putting down for escrow additonal to my 5% down payment or is that the same thing? hopefully my question make some sense. Also, can I tell the developer when I would like to close e.g. early spring/ late winter or no. I would like to wait so I can save up more $$.

I owed about $2000 from a credit card company, and I had received a letter from a collection agency about the same amout. Time passed, and two years later, I received a letter from another collection agency asking for an amount of $4500. I wonder if it is the interest that made up tjhe amount . PLease advise..

I have a interview tomorrow at a restaurant..I applied for a server. I've never done this type of work before so I'm wondering what type of questions are mostly asked for this position. Well I think I would be a good fit for this position because I can do a lot of things at the same time and still stay organized. And I can work pretty well while I'm under a lot of pressure. I'm currently six credits away from my degree in Early Childhood Education. I thought that was what I wanted to do--teach young children. Although, now that I've done student teaching I'm not too sure. I have patience and I'm glad to help children but my main concern is parents and how they teach their children to behave.

So, after finishing that degree I'm thinking about getting certified in Medical Office Management and eventually getting my degree. Is there good money in that career? I love organization and office work--I've done it before but I'm wondering if you are a Medical Office Manager if you enjoy your job? Did you enjoy getting your degree?

What would you do?

I've also worked for a brief moment in a hospital. (I'm certified in phlebotomy.) It was fun and I know I can handle things/situations people may find “gross.”

If you have any suggestions on my dilemma please help me! Thanks!!
