£3,400 a year ..! ... it that because i have a 5 bed House in Essex..? .... Yet the scum bags a mile from me pay phuck all..!!!
OK , im lucky ...the house is mine ( payed cash for it 2 years ago )..But i still have to pay this Tax ..why ? to get my Wheel bin empited one a week ,,? ( i can do this ) ...

Why am i pucked for having a Big House..?
My Hard Work gave me this , so whay am i made to pay when the "The Dole crew" can get away with paying nothing..?

My grandfather has an easychair that you can push a button on and it lifts up from the back so he can get up easier. Wouldn't this be great for toilettes? He thinks so.

I'm interested in moving to California and I was curious as to which part of the state would be cheapest to live in, while still having descent living standards (I don't want to live in a ghetto or anything!). I'm not opposed to small towns, but I wouldn't want to live in an extremely small town, say less than 5,000 people. I also think it'd be cool to live near the coast. If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it, thanks for your help!

I understand that there is a cost of living adjustment depending on where you live......but really whats up with that? In parts of California, a 2 bedroom condo costs somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-500 grand!!! Here in North Carolina.....the same 400 grand would buy just about any combination of beds and baths you could ever want and square footage is around 4 or 5 thousand sqft or more? ........What makes a person in Cali pay more for a house than someone in NC? A dollar is still a dollar no matter where you are in the US. Its like paying 10 dollars for a Happy meal in Cali and paying 3 dollars for the same in NC...... someone please educate me...........no offense to anyone in advance.....some folks take this stuff way to personally.

Recently I purchased a triple-decker home which is occupied 2/3 by my family. The 3rd apt. is currently under a verbal rental agreement through the end of the month (the end of the last Landlord's ownership). Tenant refuses to meet with me, the new owner to discuss a written rental agreement and has also informed me of their refusal to pay December rent...after receiving a 60-day warning of the upcoming sale as well as a 60-day warning for the new monthly rental amount (still hundres below market value). Any leagal advice? She refuses to sign an agreement and will not confirm a definite vacate date, as well as refuses to pay Dec. rent due to an issue in the verbal agreement with the PREVIOUS landlord. There are no security deposits involved, nor are there fees being asked of the tenant. What is my right in MA? Shall I contact a lawyer to resolve this? Any tips on how to handle on my own? For three and a half decades Stateside, I made sure to keep my credit rating and record in the best possible shape, by paying all bills on time, and periodically checking the same credit report, even I hadn't used any credit to ward off fraud.

I then retired to my spouse's birth country in Asia due to low-cost and numerous family. To my surprise, a MAJOR Card Company with whom I had an account since mid-1970s, actually sent me a new card, even though I would not qualify for one because of the
relocation (I then send payment to Florida). I assume my credit score, and record continues.

Is my supposition correct ?

Anyone ?

My credit sucks. My husband has no credit. We want either a land/home package or sight built house with 5-10 acres. The house cannot go in my name because of my credit. How can we do it in his name with no credit, and how does a 1st time homeowners loan work? Lower intrest? Lower payments? We are in Alabama if it helps.

Do you realize that the burger is so easy to make?

Why does people keep buying them? Why not any other many restaurant around?
Everything on the menu is also easy to produce. Compare to some below average small restaurant, there's just no different in taste, more often better than McD.

Ok here is the scenario...
I just started work at a new place, somewhere downtown. My previous boss was a guy who left for a better pay. In his place came in a senior lady.

She seemed to be nice at first, but she began throwing tanturms whenever her superiors screwed her for doing her work wrong. But, in that process all her sub-ordinates received the rap for it. By the way, she hardly shares her thoughts with us...

And, she dosent respect "privacy" She calls us at anytime of the day she wants. Dosent she know on weekends/after work we have a family life? I like the job, but not the person in charge...

I dont wanna be a whinner about things like this....but I need the pay for my kids and family. So I really dont know what to do...
