Should we go back to the "blue laws" of old, and close all businesses on Sunday, to have family time. Or is the 24/7 existence good for us?

People still need to buy things on Sundays too. Like a few loose ends for Sunday dinner or something the kids need for school Monday morning and you forgot to get Saturday ect..

I think the blue laws should come back. When I was a store manager, no one wanted to work on Sundays. Working in a restaurant, again, no one wanted to work Sundays. It's so aggravating, people who won't work "I have to go to church", "it's against my religion", etc. Maybe the rest of us would like to go to church sometimes too. But someone has to work, because after church, seems everyone goes out to eat or shopping.

WELL WITH THE WAY THE WORLD IS NOW SOMETIMES SUNDAYS ARE THE ONLY DAYS SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO GO OUT AND DO THE THINGS THEY NEED TO DO. FAMILY TIME SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE IF YOU REALLY WANT IT YOU WILL MAKE TIME FOR IT.
