What are the best ways to find a job as a 20 year veteran retiring from active duty? I will have a BSBM, or be close to one, and have a security clearance.

What is the most reliable way to obtain employment? On-line websites like monster, job fairs, online applications directly at the companies website? thanks

Is a Property owner who's property is damaged by a Car responsible for part payment of the damage done by the Driver? regardless of cost surely its not the victim of this damage who should have to fund some 15% of the actual cost. What if the same thing should happen again would the third party the innocent one have to keep paying. Any advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks

When it comes to relationships guys and girls are just like stocks? For girls as they get older their "stock" value goes down. As for guys as they get older their "stock" value tends to go up? Older guys tend to seem to have a higher net worth in terms of money. Younger girls tend to have a higher net worth in terms of being sought after. Do you agree?

my landlord charges a late fee of $25 if rent is payed past the first. now he is refusing to give me my security deposit because my late fee balance outweighs the amount of the original deposit.

i was never notified that i owed any kind of late fee or that such a late fee was taken out of my next months rent (making that one short). also, i paid $2.50 more than the actual rent due every month by mistake.

does he have to notify me of such things? also... my security depoist was $362.50 and he claims i payed the rent late 9 times. to me that is only $225.00. can he charge interest for this b/c i didn't pay the late fees?? (even though he never notified me their was one due) also... can he pocket the $2.50 more i paid every month in error without ever notifiying me that i paid more than i owed??

I am not in foreclosure yet, but I recently lost my position and we have very little savings so I don't know that I will be able to save my house. We just got into our home in July and then my company lost a major account and I was out of work. I am doing sales now, but that is commission based and slow to pay. I have no equity in my home per se, and i live in California. I guess I'm wondering with the market the way it is, it might be better to walk away and try again in a few years.

how do you calculate your office rent if they tell you the lease rate?
I am looking for office space for a new company. I have seen lease rates varying from $5 to $25. How do I calculate my monthly lease payment based on these numbers? IThe first 3 answers on my last question were not correct. I think I take the lease rate times the square footage and divide by 12 (for the months of the lease)

so far, I've had 3 or 4 job panel interviews in my life. but I'm not sure if I was doing it right, here's the question: does the interviewee (applicant) only focus his/her eyes to the one who asked the question when answering? I mean when answering a question, do you have to look at all interviewers? or only to the interviewer who asked the question? i'm not really sure about it. THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR INPUTS
