so far, I've had 3 or 4 job panel interviews in my life. but I'm not sure if I was doing it right, here's the question: does the interviewee (applicant) only focus his/her eyes to the one who asked the question when answering? I mean when answering a question, do you have to look at all interviewers? or only to the interviewer who asked the question? i'm not really sure about it. THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR INPUTS

Address principally the person who asked the question, but don't totally ignore the others, especially if they express interest in your answer, by either body language or facial expression.
