Hello Krissy t,
I Have spent years and an enormous amount of money trying to do just that (make money online) and I can tell you from personal experience paid surveys,paid e-mails,etc... are a waist of time. However I did stumble on a program last month that seems to be working (quite to my surprize actually) its called GDI or Global Domains International Inc.
The only reason I decided to try one more time was the low cost of this program and truthfully I didnt expect anything to become of it but so far I am pretty pleased with it. The program gives you a free 7 day trial and if you decide to join it only costs $10.00 a month,and you can cancel at any time.
I dont know if this program will ever make me rich but I do think that it will give me quite a nice second income,and a bit of advice please take the time befor you enter into any venture to check out the program.If you would like more information on this program just follow the link below and watch the short video.

I'm in the same situtation. It seems like the more hours I put in, the less money I have. I'm working to pay down a couple of debts from books for skool. BUt Everyday I go to work I find myslelf asking "When will I actually begin to enjoy my money?"
I know u don't wanna hear the cliches about how 'u should hang in there' and 'it's gonna take one day a time.'
But it will
Remeber 'Even the journey consisting of a thousand steps begins with 1 step.'
Push on, and when u wanna give up rewind and ask ur self 'All the hours of work won't amount to anything if I give up.'
As far as increasing ur funds, PAY YOURSELF FIRST
10% OF EVERY DOLLAR goes to my saving account. Every now and then i will go in and treat myself to dinner. Anything to keep my spirits high in such down times.
Try these tips you'll feel better.

You need a better job and to cut expenses obviously. Try to get a job with the government, usually high pay for the level of the job. Cut out things like cable and drinking, go to the library for free entertainment.

Join the club!
But seriously, make a list of everything you spend money on, no matter what it is, and then cross off everything that is not essential to your survival, and stop spending money on those things. If you have high car payments, for example, consider selling your car, using the money to pay bills, and then buy a cheaper car. Stuff like that.

I'm in the same boat. My husband and I both work and wed on't have any savings. ( we do like to go out, so it's our fault) Single people are really hurting these days though. What state are you in? Maybe you can find someone to split rent with?

You need to spend less than you make! Have a percentage of your check go into a savings account and only use it for emergencies. That helps, too.

Car Pymnt=380.00 month
Insurance=80.00 month
Daycare=315.00 monthly
Food=350.00 month

I never have anything left over. Then they say I'm not eligible for Food stamps. This sucks!
