There are no best systems or silver bullets. It depends on the need of your organization. There are literally hundreds of systems on the market. Some of them are for small companies and others for large companies. Still others are designed for certain industries such as health care, banking, insurance and so forth. There are some industries that are so unique that the companies have to develop their own. You cannot generalize the question this way.
