I live in Florida and I don't know how to get the block off of my cell so that my brother can call collect from jail.

Read the manual that came with your cellphone, it should be listed. If you don't have the manual, you can probably print a copy from the website of the cellphone company.
Or, call your cellphone provider and ask how to remove the block. Are you sure the block is on your cellphone and not on the phone at the jail?

You are going to have to unblock the collect call, or use the credit card. Realize that the country or sheriff makes lots of money off of the family and friends of prisoners by charging outrageous fees for collect calls.

You'd have to talk to your carrier.....
But i don't think you can. Cells are not set up to acept collect calls.

you can ask your cell phone provider but i can say that i don't think that there is a way to do but i can be wrong to
