that was my question. there are no gigs, no live performances in this cd. It's the type of cd you buy in order to play in the comfort of your home, in order to help you wind down and relax. it's a combination of soothing music, and a gentle relaxing human voice to guide you through a calming visualisation.
I heard that sometimes book authors try to sell their books at bookstores, and in order to convince that their book is selling well, make "pseudo" orders i.e.the author makes many orders to give an impression that it is selling well.Is this a good strategy? are there better strategies?

Good thing I was here, she told her nothing, but the women said she would call back Friday waiting for our decision! The debt is only in his name and hasn't been paid in two months! She has no idea what it's for. We live in Texas. Please help!

Most interview guidelines say that you shouldn't discuss salary until you get a written offer. But several companies have asked for salary reqs and/or salary history at the very 1st phone interview or contact. One HR mgr was irate b/c I didn't share. What gives? I don't want to miss job opps, but I don't want to be punked into an answer prematurely. And anyway, I'm flexible on salary (within reason) depending on everything else (assign., benefits, location etc.)

I was going to school to obtain an associates in business admin but then I got what I thought was a good job in a good field (construction) and I never finished my program. Now I am extremely unhappy and I have no idea what to do with my life. I am 28 and I want a career that is not going to constantly keep me underpaid. Due to the financial situation, I don't have the money to go back to school either. I have two stepdaughters and I do not have the time to work a second job to earn money for school. I am stuck in a crappy cirlce and need some ideas on how to break it.

I don't like taking risks with my newfound money. So far, I put most of it in $10,000, 5 yr CD's earning 4.5% - no penalty for one withdraw. Any suggestions?

I was trying to do a re-fi on my condo and was turned down. To make a long long story short-basically I found out that my cousin had gotten a hold of all of my information and opened up a po box in her name to have all the credit card statments sent there, took out many cash advances on credit cards, etc- overall debt she put me in is $84,000. This has been going on for two years-i have talked to banks, experian, etc to see what I can do and all they keep saying is that I will have to pay it back since it has been so long and is not recent- I turn her in to the police and she will go to jail but what good will that do if I have to pay anyways?? Does anyone know what the proper procedures are to this problem> or am I screwed and have to pay all of that back? Please only real advice..

I know that you make a better profit selling Mary Kay. I really like the Arbonne products though. I have a full time job, but they want me to sell this on the side. I don't know if I would be good at this type of thing. I see these products for sale on Ebay, so who would pay a higher price to buy it from me if they could get it cheaper on there? What do you think?

This was a document I wrote when I was in her position. I got a promotion, and she was hired for my old position. I wrote an extensive user manual, something I spent many hours on, and she moved into the position and added her name to the front of the document. It was then published on my company website- and she has made it look like she wrote the document! She did not write it, I did, and I don't know how to approach our boss about the situation.
