I got myself into quite a mess with payday loans a while back. Most of the places I have been able to set up payment plans, but one place said they could only take the money out of my bank account (which is frozen) anyway some guy from this place called and said I have till noon today to come up with $935 or it is going to be reported with fraud and Im going to jail. I dont know what to do. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and im not handling this well...juts kind of freaking out right now. I;m waiting for an attorney to contact me but I'm scared of what he will say. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about these things.

Do you think a controversial communication is the best way to be memorable? (ex. adbuster campaign)

I want to invest a few hundred thousand in a condo (1 or 2 bedroom) at a US ski resort that has growth potential. Looking for a resort that is seriously under-rated, has plans for near-term investment, or just hasn't been discovered by the masses. Preferrably in CO, UT, ID, MT, WA or CA.

My Husband was over paid twice this month and now his employer is taking it out of his next paychek. Now when I was back in school, my ecom teacher told us that a check is a contract that both parties agree on if both people sign it. Is that true? Can they really take the money out from his next check?

As a small employer, am I obliged to give an office junior a break to go out for a cigarette. She works 9 - 5pm with 1 hr for lunch (not continuously on pc). As a small family office we take tea breaks whenever, but have noticed her making excuses to leave and go into our 'yard' for a ciggy !

I had an arrangement with Capital One to pay the minimum charge whilst I was ill - they added every single charge to my account during this time. I have tried in vain to get some explanation from them but now I just get abusive threatening phone calls from them. So in effect I could not catch up with payments and extra charges. All other creditors were understanding and actively helped me. I know I have to pay something and have the address of their Head Office. Any advice please? I would be most grateful

I have a lot contacts of foriegn registered nurses, and I would like to be the recruiter to hire them for US hospitals. I dont know where to start, any suggestions for me? my email is francisray2010 at yahoo

The Nurses I am working with are from the Philippines. Very Competent, qualified, hard working, and speak/write very good English, they go through all the certification process, more so than Americans, like Intl Nurses License, English Testing, NClex-RN. Historically, the Philippines have a very high passing rate in the US Nursing board. They dont complain about job situations, stick to the job for years, and satisfied of what they have. Unlike in the US, where you need only need 2 years, to be eligible to take Local nurse board Exam. Philippine nurses need to complete a 4 year BSN degree before they are allowed to take the Local nursing board. So as far as credentials are concerened there is no questions to thier equivanlency, or even much more.
