What country do you want to work in? Why don't you call their embassy and see if they can reccomend you some sites to check out.

You could try craigslist.org. The citys and countries are all over on the right.

job centre plus if you're in england, as they have all their jobs online and you can search by miles from your house, keywords, anything. And you can ring them to get more info too!
Also, if you go to friends reunited, at the top of the webpage there are tabs and one of them is a job hunter bit, has big name employers such as police, axa, etc and there is a bit to put your cv on and be headhunted if you want. You may have to register, thats all. My friend has used it and says its really good.
