I am pre-approved wiht the bank and have the money to make the deal, however; I am ignorant about what questions that I need to ask the realtor? What questions should I have answered before I decide to buy this land? The location is perfect for me and chances are that nobody can build around me because of some school property. I want to apply to a Borders Bookstore in my area and am applying online for a part time position. I am a high school student and I have had consistent babysitting jobs for many families for about 3 years and have reliable references. However, does this count as a job to put under previous jobs? or maybe somebody would like to paint my car with their logo or advertising, i don't think i would get away with letting you paint ads on my house, I realize that businesses are running out of ideas and space to advertise, since 95% of the net and the local newspapers, television shows, movie theatres, and magazines and stadiums are bearing commercial names now instead of some dead person or something, buses are painted and bannered, t-shirts are covered with logos for products, i figured that maybe somebody would appreciate plastering their ad on my forehead or my car...whatcha think????

i rolled a coal truck in june, and was fined for the rollover and too fast for conditions. Plus i got a speeding ticket in june in my personal vehicle. is there any chance of my getting hired in the trucking industry now, or even later? if so, how?
note: i drove over-the-road for 3-4 months, and tri-ax for about a week

Between my husband and I we have like 6 credit cards. I want to know if there is a way to pay some of those off without consolidating. It is just the really sucky ones with the high interest rates. They are probably a total of $6000, but if I could just pay off a few this would help. I don't think I could get another credit card and transfer the balances. Is it possible to get a small loan for this?

I need a loan bad just became a home owner, & I am drowning, need help. If I could get the loan I could pay off all my bills and just have the monthly loan payment and utilties to pay.
