This is what i think million dollar tip for GETTING JOB!
Whenever for a job interview do not JOB SEEKER! be the SOLUTION PROVIDER!
Yes i mean do not think about how much pay you will get from this job....... rather than think what can i offer the employer to add the value in her business... AND YOU KNOW WHAT!!!
SHE WILL BE PROMOTING YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN TO HIGHEST POSITION IN THE ORG!
This is time tested that employees fail to prove that they are going to add value!
BE in THE SHOWS OF EMPLOYER and think what you like if you were hiring someone SO SIMPLE!!!!
If you have in mind what i told you above, you will be much confident when going for JOb INterview. As
THIS IS NOT YOU WHO NEEDS JOB!
BUT
THAT IS SHE WHO NEEDS YOU to GROW her BUsiness!

depends on your age and what kind of job you'd be doing there.
If it's clerking, warehouse, etc. there is no real way to get ready.
If you're interviewing for a staff (salaried) position you need to research about the company itself.
