I have a brother in law with poor credit and lack of a down payment. How would he go about obtaining a mortgage for a house that is worth way more than the seller is asking? He has a steady job (13 yrs), excellent rental history, etc. Is this possible for him to do?

My husband just got a promotion as a quality manager for a home builder. He no longer has an office, but works out of his truck. They pay a portion of his gas expense every month but one of his coworkers told him he could deduct his truck, some of our apartment rent and utilites from our taxes. Does that sound right? If so, how much and If not, what can you deduct?

I have read from various sources that the Rothschild family has between 200 and 400 TRILLION dollars (U.S). Yes this is a family and not an individual person but let's say there is a hundred of them, then they would have between 2 to 4 TRILLION dollars each. Finding information on these guys is extremely difficult. If anyone could suggest sites that give a good history and present day situation of this dynasty I would appreciate it. Jewish friends may know of Baron Jacob Rothschild as "the father of the settlement" and the man who popularised the "Seal of Solomon" making it so synonomous with Judaism. The family has many business interests but made the bulk of it's unfathomable wealth through international banking and finance. Certain members of the family are said to be highly instrumental in world politics behind the scenes.

What defines what?
I have 3+ years of (Non-Manager) experience working in the field I am applying for. Does this make my Career level "Experienced (Non-Manager) or am I still "Entry level"? Where is the line?
Does it matter if I have a degree in the specific field where I apply?

THANKS!
