I own a house and can rent it out for $2000.00/month and I told my mom that I would rent it to her for 1000.00, she receives social security and a pension $2500 a month, is this fair?

I get paid on the 10th and the 25th if the date falls on a sunday we have to wait until monday if it falls on a saturday we get paid on friday. Is this right? Should we have to wait an extra day to get paid?

We have a small holding & are looking to diversify, there are thousands of people who fish & need bait, therefore my thought was there must be a call for maggots for bait, but I am having problems finding out anything about setting up, regulations etc, anyone who has info or can suggest where I could find out info I'd be very grateful.I know that if you rear them on rotting flesh you enter into a minefield of DEFFRA regulations, but I believe they can also be reared on a milk & bran mix ???I know its possibly what would be deemed an anti social business, but we live in the middle of no-where so it wouldn't be a prob for anyone else !

Hello,
I live in Chicago, IL. I would like to start selling on ebay as a business. I would like to buy from wholesellers and resell. The problem is, I dont know anything about taxes. How much in taxes will I have to pay (%)? What's the maximum income i can make without being taxed? Do i need any resale licenses? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is my first time opening a checking account. My question is what would happen if my account were to have been overdrawn and remained so for many months, and finally the bank decided to close the account because it was inactive? Does the bank still try and send for their money or does the charges just go away? Will it effect me opening another account with a different financial institution?

its a small construccion in rockcreek, probably no more than 2000 square meters with all the necesary for comfort but not in exess

i work in a warehouse, where people walk in
even though there is a large sign saying
authorized personel only,
am i legally right to ignore them, or complain to their supervisor
without the risk of getting in trouble
reason being there are fork lift trucks being used
and im scared if someone gets hurt,
