I got an invention in my mind at the moment and have begun drawing the details of the invention (looks, design, uses, etc). Before I start the process of building it I want to have it patent.

Has anyone hired a patent attorney? How much did it cost? Are they that helpful? Is it possible to get the patent papers through the patent office and have a smiley face on it on the very first try?

I signed a contract with a datings service. Less than three days later, they said they lost the signature page and asked me to resign. I didn't resend them anything and no service has been provided to date. However, they did hound me to send them the signature page again. Because they were so unprofessional, I decided I didn't want to proceed and told them not to expect anything from me. 3 weeks later, the manager of the service called me and said she found the signature page and that I was obligated to use their service. BTW, when I signed the original contract she said she would send me my copy because the copy machine was broke...I know...dumb on my part. Since I have in writing that they said they didn't have a contract....am I still bound by this contract? I did subsequently send them a certified letter after she said she "found the signature page" and said I was exercising my 72 hr. window for cancellation.

and by multimillionaire i mean over a thousand million dollars (i refuse to calling it a billion, a billion is 1,000,000,000,000 not a thousand million... only americans call it that, and its wrong!!!)
im 23 years old by the way and im not in college, (im incredibly smart though, give enough time to figure something out and i will figure out anything, i used to make my high school teachers think and sometimes couldn't come up with the answer, and somettimes i would explain them things they didnt understand, i had the answer for most things they had never talked about) i know donald trump finished his economics and finances degree by the time he was 22 and then joined his father's real state company and after a while donald trump went bankrupt. so is it still possible for me to become as rich as donald trump?
