all the emails are coming from a pre-approved home loan company to my tmail address

read up on address guard for yahoo email and how to do it
you get a main email, then you add on these endings for a number of aliases.
then if you get spam, you can delete the alias and still keep your main email
i went from around 500 spams a day to none.
Highly recommended.

Mark the emails as spam. You can also open up one of the emails and at the bottom, there should be a link to unsubscribe to the email distribution list that is sending you the spam. They have to comply and take you off the list or they will be in violation of the Can-Spam Act.
