I have an interview at walmart on monday, do they care about appearance too? I just need to know what to wear. I was thinking of a dress shirt with jeans and flip flops. I dont really have anythin else.

I used to work at Walmart. Here is the dress code at my store:
~ No jeans (jean skirts are ok)
~ No shorts
~ No offensive Tshirts/low necklines
~ You are allowed to wear sandles unless you work in the deli, garden center, or photo lab. My store allowed the cashiers to wear flipflops in the summer.
*Just so you look neat at the interview- they don't expect you to know all the rules. Just ask about the policy for the particular store.*

I wouldn't wear flip flops, they get mad about that. Nice jeans and a dress shirt are fine.

for an interview you should always dress nice. dozens of people apply there daily. and when a lot of those people have the exact same qualifications, they are going to pick the person that stood out in their minds. don't be the one that stands out because she was poorly dressed.
