Do all the **** jobs that no one else wants to do. Normally a temp position. All paperwork and filing. Sometimes can be Accounts Admin or Office admin doesn't really mean anything different it will just be the type of office that you are in.

If you mean Ann Administrator, I have no clue who she is, other than an Administrator with the name Ann.
If you mean an Administrator, there are two possible answers:
In an office context, they do all the office stuff like typing letters, memo's, sending e-mails, etc.
In a computer context, they control computers, ussually of a network. They create user account, change settings, add in new computers etc.
If you want to be either, then attention to detail is required as well as good spelling
