I get paid on the 10th and the 25th if the date falls on a sunday we have to wait until monday if it falls on a saturday we get paid on friday. Is this right? Should we have to wait an extra day to get paid?

There is nothing wrong with that.
Do you complain when you get your pay a day early?
If it troubles you so much, get a job where you are paid every friday or something.
If a single day is making such a difference to you, you really need to learn some serious money management skills.

it all works out in the end - i wouldn't worry about it.
if you got paid on friday instead of monday, then you'd just have to wait an extra 3 days for your NEXT paycheck.
if getting paid one day sooner or later makes that much of a difference to you, what are you doing on the internet? Cancel your ISP service and save some $!

It doesn't sound right to me. You should always get your pay on or before payday. Your bill collectors aren't going to care about your employers policies. In fact, you might want to check the laws in your area about that.

the employers do that to make intrest on the money they should be paying you check the laws and know what you are up against if you try to fight it
