What is the minimum age that I can work at Blockbuster® ?
As this may vary from state to state, the minimum ages for employment are generally 14 years and 9 months. As we are a family orientated business, we also want to ensure that our younger employees are not working late on school nights. With that in mind, we may request a note from the parent giving their permission that their child can work and can be picked up if working at night.

ask them. Some stores are different. Some are 16, but some are 18. It also may be effected by the position you want. (ex. front people may be younger than those who work in the back or unload).
