To have more team work collecting shopping carts, collecting the trash, keeping the store clean, when checking the restrooms a male team member check the mens room and a female team member check the ladies room not by just having one porter check both restrooms because team works better instead of just one person.

I have been working as a loan officer assistant for the past two years and I've decided to become a loan officer in due time. However, my current employer I know wouldn't give me the time or day to help me even though he and three others were helped tremendously 10years back....I want to be lucky like them too.

Indeed, I'm attending an online university because I work 40-50yrs/week and I'm helping my family out...now i know that with time, the proper people, and a lot of luck...i could become a successful loan officer instead. My future goal for the next 10-15 years is to become a mortgage broker and run a small but productive office.

I'm not looking to become rich rather just live a comfortable life. I don't want to become a fraudulent loan officer either...i've seen two loan officers careers go down the drain due to commiting fraud in their loans.

Anyone got any good tips or hints they'd like to share? I'm not really looking for CV builder websites and the like, just any good answers to classic interview questions people have got from experience etc.

Wish me luck!

I recently accepted an internship offer in which after three months, there is a possibilty that it will turn into a permanent position. I am guessing whether I get the full-time permanent position is contingent on my performance and whether there are any positions available after the three months. How do I improve my chances of turning the internship into a permanent job? How do I let my employers know that I want to work with them after the three months are over? Have any of you ever been in my situation? I've already had one internship after college graduation, and I am really hoping this is my last internship I have to do before I get a full-time permanent job.

Landlord/owner slammed down notice in angry fashion to tenant. stating that visitors had no right to park in parkinglot. This is reason for "30 day notice to quit". Was only told about this 24 hours before recieving notice. The warning was given at 10:30 at night by off-site landlord.
Isn't it the landlord responsibility to cite illegally parked cars that are found on the property? Or is it the duty of the tenant?

Hey guys. I'm a 24/F female, relatively fit and active. I am an occasional marijuana user, as in I smoke up to three times a month. The last time I smoked weed was about 2.5 weeks ago. Before that I smoked three times that month. I have to take a drug test (most likely a urine test) in four days. What are the chances that I will pass the drug test? I took an at-home drug test and passed it. I took it again to make sure and I got a negative again. I have high metabolism and I know that's important because I know THC is stored in fat. Should I trust my at-home drug tests and hope for the best?

I am trying to find the name of a business in Portugal. I think it is located on the Portuguese island of Madeira. I believe that the business is around 500 years old or so, and might still be in operation. I am not sure but I think the business is a shipping company and its partial name is "Ornelas". Can you please help me find the full name of the business and/or link to it, if possible, please? Thank you!
