if you cannot pay it with cash now, do not buy it now. you are only hurting yourself by charging something you cannot afford.

My husband and I bought a piece of property with cash a couple years ago. My husband now has tax problems and we are worried about the IRS taking the property. My parents let us borrow some of the money to buy it origionally and they don't want to lose thier money either. If we quit claim this property over to them so that we have no interest in it, can the IRS take it from us still or place a lien on it? There is no mortgage.

I understand that Americans get only one or two weeks' paid leave per year, even if they are in quite senior positions. Here in the UK 4 weeks is standard, more as you move into more senior positions. I wondered how historically it had come about that Americans get such little time off work, how they feel about it and how it works in practice - do they actually only go away for one week a year or do they have some unofficial way of getting a decent break from work?

to create start-up capital without asking for a loan. I seen where this is how Ben & Jerry's ice cream got their start. How would I do the same thing? Do I just go from person to person in my town and ask if they would like to get in on the ground floor of my business? I have an attorney that caN draw up all the legal documents, but I just need to know where to start from another business owner. http://www.djoyner.com

Stamps.com made unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I tried to cancel their service before the 30-day trial was up. I was not able to, despite repeated e-mails to them. My Roslyn Savings Bank account was overdrawn by nearly $100 and subsequently closed. I tried to get an bank account earlier this year, and was rejected because of being on ChexSystems. I can't even get a savings account because of what Stamps.com did.

no will available. no grandma. grandpa was alone. house in Arkansas. We are in California. selling house in AR, have buyers, buyers got loan approved, then a lawyer or the underwriter of loan says it needs to go to probate. All debts were paid or cleared by us 2 years ago. Lawyer tells buyer not to pay us the rent anymore (going on 5 months now) and we need that rent to pay the mortgage the house in AR has. Then they say we need a rep for us in AR because we live in CA. Papers to ok sale by a judge get signed. Now we are still waiting for the rep to get bonded so he can act in our place to sell house in AR. Why couldn't we just sell the house to the people. All debts paid. and the current mortgage gets paid off when the house closes. House was in grandpa's name. But we have been paying the mortgage for 2 1/2 yrs now. Just don't understand why there is such a long delay and probate fees to pay. We will barely break even with the repairs we already paid for on the house in AR.

I’ve been making a living online now for years & PAS is far from a scam.

Not only am I a PAS associate & make my living online but I personally work with several individuals who continually make multiple 5 & 6 figures a month with The Prosperity Automated System.

Everyone & anyone can make money with PAS!

The Prosperity Automated System is the first company to actually create a system so that anyone from any background can come in and start to make money without having to have a sales and marketing background. The Prosperity Network has a marketing platform in place for you & Your Very Own Sales Force Closes All Of Your Deals For YOU!

Yes all sales are closed for you; you will never pick up the phone.

When The Prosperity Network says,

“How does the idea of earning $3000 to $9000+ a week, with out any selling, prospecting, or even talking to anyone sound to you?”

It may sound too good to be true, right? Well it is true & with PAS, if you are serious about a home based business, it is too good to pass up.

At my work we are fighting to get a attendance policy in writting. People are being written up after some miss 3 days some 2 and some even 4 days. We want to make sure everyone is getting the same treatment, with writeups/suspensions.

I can see the companys point, (use this as an example) If they tell everyone that they can call in 2 days in a 4 month period and not get introuble, people will take advantage of it because there is no disciplinary action. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is extremely important for me to find an answer. Also the company I work for says they are using an attendance policy they just do not want anyone to know the specifics of it ie...days missed with no action/days missed with writeup/days missed with suspension. Thanks again
