Any number of reasons.
#1 Double check the user id, normally your bank card number.
#2 Did you recently change your pwd.? You forgot, I bet.
#3 Server is down for maintenance.
#4 Your internet connection is acting up. Just reboot by SWITCHING OFF your computer completely. Wait 30 seconds. Then turn it back on. Don't just do restart in this case. It does not work.
I think one of (#3 or #4) the most likely causes.

They may be doing maintenance because of the long weekend.
