to create start-up capital without asking for a loan. I seen where this is how Ben & Jerry's ice cream got their start. How would I do the same thing? Do I just go from person to person in my town and ask if they would like to get in on the ground floor of my business? I have an attorney that caN draw up all the legal documents, but I just need to know where to start from another business owner. http://www.djoyner.com

Well, it's one way to get capital - but don't be real surprised if you don't get a big response. You certainly hope and expect that your business will be very successful, but people with money to invest might be a little slower to jump on that.
