I can't make current mortgage payments, and am trying to sell. But if I can't it will go into foreclosure. If the bank sells the house for LESS than the loan amount, can they make me pay the difference? Can they take the mobile home I also have (that is paid for)?

People can get arrested or fined or whatever for scalping them on the street but on Ebay its 'ok'. Why is that? I think its bull. Like tickets arent high enough in price so those that cant get them at the cheapest price when available by the vendor because they are sold out, would end up paying more on Ebay.

I only have two to 4 weeks left there so I am hanging in there. It is so disfunctional because my boss throws tantrums and then expects us to forget all about them 5 minutes later. did you know if you don't pay a medical bill and you are paying on a house they can keep you from saling it later or borrow agianst it. if the medical bill isn't paid? if not ask the one you are paying the morgage too

Are minority minimums in businesses still necessary? I'm getting sick of hearing that I can't fill a position because they need an "ethnically diverse" employee. Has anyone else experienced this? Isn't that racial discrimination? What do you think?

im about to get my first credit card and would use it in calculated ways, such as buying say a $90 pair of shoes with a credit card while actually having the money on me, so then I will lock that $90 and save it for the bill. That way i can build credit....good idea??

What is difficult is that this offer was presented to me after several days of negotiations on compensation. I haven't signed any paperwork yet so I am not officially committed. They have sent an offer letter. I just received another opportunity that pays more and that might be a better choice. How should I approach the situation without burning any bridges?
