what are the penalties for monetary theft?
a friend of mines offered to put my tax refund in her account and after a year it was said it was not deposited...after contacting the IRS I discovered it was deposited in her husbands savings account not shortly after we first filed my taxes! I was so shocked that it had been there all that time!
well she told me that his savings account was closed, which means my money has been spent. she doesnt want to give me my money now. I definitely cant afford it but, cant I take her to court? is there a penalty for monetary theft? Is this considered tax fruad? Cant I sue for that? Any helpful information about this situation will be greatly appreciated

Im so confused and dont know what to do.

Just how much does the advertising world really appeal to the mature television audience? I for one really have a good laugh on/at some companies expense with what is advertised on t.v. and aimed at the viewing audience ! Ever notice when you walk into a B. KING the hamburger,whopper is never the way it is advertised on t.v. or as high. Secondly what's with the guy in the king suit with that large mask, is he THAT DESPERATE for $$ ?

A number of sites offer charts and prices but these usually have a 15 min delay. Also there is no easy way to get the prices programmatically. What I would really like is an RSS link or something similar that I can access every so often to get up to date prices. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
